FastTrack

At DCR we use FastTrack 360, an online workforce management system, to make logging your work hours quick and straightforward. Through this secure web portal, you can submit your weekly timesheets from any device with internet access, no paperwork required.

How it works:

  1. Login: You’ll receive your FastTrack 360 login details from the admin team at DCR. Simply visit the website link provided and enter your username and password.

  2. Select Available Timesheets: Once logged in, select "Available Timesheets"and fill in your times on the correct dates with your classification with the correct format which would be: 24 HR Time - [Note: you do not need a timesheet code or project items]

  3. Enter your Break Times and Classifications: For each day worked, after entering your hours worked; add in your classification [Example: CW1] You would then add in your break times. [Example: 13:00 - 13:30]

  4. Review & Submit: Double-check your entries for accuracy. Once you’re satisfied, click Submit.

  5. Approval: Your timesheet will be sent to your supervisor for approval. Once approved, it will be processed for payroll.

Key Points to Remember:

  • Timesheets must be completed and submitted by the deadline advised by DCR, Monday 10am AT THE LATEST. However, it may be easier for you to complete on a Friday afternoon or Sunday afternoon after work. (This helps us SIGNIFICANTLY)

  • Late or inaccurate submissions may DELAY your pay.

  • If you have any issues logging in or entering your hours, contact the DCR Admin office promptly for assistance
